PAIA Manual
The PAIA Manual of Cape Holding Home Loans, prepared in accordance with Section 51 of PAIA, provides details of the categories of records held by the company and explains the procedure to be followed when requesting access to such records.

Request for Access to Information
Any person wishing to request access to a record held by Cape Holding Home Loans must complete the prescribed PAIA Form C and submit it to the Information Officer.
PAIA Form C is available:
• From the Information Regulator’s website, or
• Upon request from the Information Officer
Requests will be processed in accordance with the timeframes and requirements set out in PAIA.
